ROSS AGUIAR - Founder and President
Ross has been involved in wrestling for the past 15 years in Northern Nevada. Ross graduated from Boise State University in 1984 where he also wrestled. The Reno Tournament of Champions was Ross's dream and in 1996 his dream came true when the first RTOC came to life featuring the best 32 High School teams in the nation and four NCAA Division 1 top ten teams. After five years of great tournaments the first one is still considered by many wrestling enthusiasts as the best high school event ever held. We continued to work harder each and every year to create a tougher tournament for our fans.

DAVID NEVIN - Director of Officials
Dave has been associated with wrestling for the past 25 years in Northern Nevada. Dave helped start the kids wrestling programs in Nevada and he is the Head Official for the state of Nevada. Dave recruits the very best officials from every state in the country to ensure that our event is best at every level. Dave is also the high school tournament director and he is responsible for the recruiting of all the teams from around the country. Dave works very hard all year long to create the best wrestling even in the country.

JACK DOLAN - Treasurer and Co-Founder
Jack wrestled in both high school and college and was very successful at both levels. Jack has been very big supporter of youth and high school wrestling in northern Nevada over the last 15 years. Jack is an accountant by trade and he handles all of the financial aspects of this event.
